The idea is to build minimum viable demos for all the key functionalities that UCANs enable a dev to do.

In this doc, we can drop ideas for demos along with which specific UCAN functionality each one highlights.

• The owner can delegate specific access (e.g., view, download, edit) using a UCAN.
